We Met sells a digital conversation service. No physical goods are shipped, so no courier or shipping charge applies.
Gateway payments
When an integrated payment gateway is enabled, talk-time is credited after the gateway confirms a successful captured payment.
Direct UPI verification
When direct UPI is enabled, the customer submits the successful UTR/reference and payment proof. Talk-time is credited after the administrator verifies the payment against the receiving account. We aim to review valid submissions promptly, normally within one business day.
Using delivered talk-time
Credited talk-time remains in the customer wallet for use when a listener is available. Billing starts only after the audio connection is live.
