1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a We Met account. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
We Met provides prepaid access to one-to-one browser audio conversations and in-session text chat with available Malayalam listeners. Listener availability is not guaranteed at all times.
3. Conduct
You must use We Met lawfully and respectfully. Sexual requests or services, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, attempts to exchange private contact information, requests for passwords/OTPs/bank credentials, and attempts to manipulate payments are prohibited.
4. Payments and talk-time
Pack prices and included talk-time are shown before checkout. Talk-time is credited only after the payment is successfully verified or captured. Connected call time is deducted from the wallet. Failed or incomplete payment attempts do not receive talk-time.
5. Availability and technical issues
Internet connectivity, browser permissions, device conditions and listener availability can affect calls. We Met may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
6. Account action
We Met may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes, policy violations or legal compliance.
7. Limitation of service
We Met is not a medical, mental-health, counselling, emergency, escort or sexual service and does not arrange offline meetings. In an emergency, use the appropriate local emergency service.
